HOW TO REACH US

Three ways to get a straight answer

Support sits inside the same lobby you play in — no separate portal, no long hunt for a contact page. Pick the channel that fits the moment: live chat for anything time-sensitive, email for account or document queries, and the mobile help tab if you're mid-session on your phone and need a quick answer without navigating away.

Live Chat Tap the chat icon from any lobby page. A real agent picks up the thread — account issues, deposit questions, game room problems. Available when the platform is running its standard operating hours.
Email Support For account verification documents, withdrawal queries or anything that needs a paper trail, email is the right channel. Attach screenshots if needed; the team reviews and responds with a reference number.
Mobile Help Tab A help shortcut lives in the mobile navigation bar — tap it without leaving your current game. It surfaces the most common questions about e-wallet deposits, OTP login and account balance so you rarely need to leave the page.
GET STARTED HERE

What to check when you first arrive

New here? The four things worth knowing straight away are how to set up your account, what the lobby contains, where to put your first ringgit and who to call if something feels off. We've laid out each one below so you can move from the home screen to your first game without having to hunt around.

Create your account Hit the open-account button, fill in your mobile number and set a password. An OTP lands on your phone in seconds — verify it and your account is live. The whole flow takes under two minutes on most handsets.
What's inside the lobby You'll find live dealer rooms, slots from Pragmatic Play and PG Soft, a crash-game zone and a sportsbook covering football and badminton. Players in Kota Kinabalu reach the full lobby in seconds over a standard mobile connection.
Putting money in your account Go to your account wallet, select Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost or GrabPay, enter the RM amount you want, confirm in your e-wallet app and the balance appears in your lobby account — no bank counter needed.
Where to get help Live chat is the quickest route — tap the chat icon from any lobby page. If you prefer, email support works too. The support tab stays visible whether you're on the home screen or deep inside a game room.
WHAT WE CARRY

Slots, live tables and more in one lobby

The lobby runs slots from Pragmatic Play — Gates of Olympus, Sweet Bonanza and Mahjong Ways among them — alongside PG Soft's Fisherman Boat Slots and Ocean Roar Slots for a local fishing-game fix. Live casino is handled by Evolution and includes Classic Blackjack, Live Sic Bo, Dragon Tiger and fast-deal baccarat rooms. Crash-game fans will find Lightning Crash Game right next to the live tables. Every room loads in the browser; no separate download required.

YOUR ACCOUNT SECURITY

How your account and data stay protected

Security here is not a marketing tagline — it is four concrete layers that cover your connection, your login, your transaction history and your stored data. We run each layer independently so a problem in one area does not compromise the others. If you ever notice unusual account activity, the live chat team can lock the account within minutes while you sort it out.

Encrypted connection Every page you load — the lobby, the cashier, your account settings — travels over an SSL-encrypted connection. Your browser address bar shows the padlock; the data moving between your device and our servers cannot be read in transit.
OTP login verification Each new login triggers a one-time password sent to your registered mobile number. Without that OTP, the session does not open — even if someone has your password, they cannot get past this step without access to your phone.
Transaction records and receipts Every deposit via Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost or GrabPay, and every withdrawal, generates a timestamped record in your account history. You can cross-check amounts and dates at any time from the transaction tab.
Data storage and handling Personal details and payment data are stored on restricted servers, accessible only to verified system roles.
PHONE FIRST EXPERIENCE

The lobby that follows you from phone to desktop

peluang8 is built mobile-first — the lobby, the cashier and the live dealer rooms all load in your phone browser without a download. If you start a session on Android during a lunch break and switch to a desktop browser later, your account state carries over seamlessly. The slot rooms — Gates of Olympus, Fisherman Boat Slots — render at full quality on a 6-inch screen; live baccarat tables scale up cleanly on a larger display. Returning users land straight on the last game category they visited, which cuts the tap count for the second visit and every visit after that.

HOW WE DOCUMENT THIS

How we keep information current and reachable

Every game room page shows the studio name and, where the provider exposes it, the RTP figure — we do not fabricate those numbers. Payment pages are updated whenever a rail is added or modified. Our terms and privacy policy are linked from the footer on every page. If you spot something that looks out of date, live chat or email connects you directly to the team that maintains the content.

Game and studio details Each title page names the provider — Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, Evolution — and shows RTP only where the studio publishes it. We never invent a number to make a game look more attractive.
Payment page accuracy The payment list reflects what is live on the platform right now. When a method like Boost or GrabPay changes its clearing behaviour, we update the page before the next business day.
Terms and policy access Full terms of use, the privacy policy and the cookie statement are one tap away in the footer — always the current version, never a cached copy. Account eligibility information is also there.
Direct contact routes Questions about how something works on the site go straight to the team via live chat or email — not a third-party FAQ aggregator. We own the answers and we update them when things change.

Frequently asked questions about peluang8

Quick answers to the things we get asked most — from first deposit to lobby navigation.

Go to your account wallet, choose Touch 'n Go eWallet as the method, enter your RM amount and confirm in the TNG app. The balance appears in your lobby account as soon as the transfer is confirmed on our end.

Yes — Boost and GrabPay both work the same way. Select either from the payment screen, complete the confirmation step inside the respective app, and your lobby balance updates automatically. All three e-wallets follow the same account-wallet flow.

No download is needed. The entire lobby — slots, live tables, crash games, sportsbook — runs in your mobile browser on Android or iOS. Returning users land on the last category they visited, so the second login is even quicker than the first.

Access depends on local law and is available where local law permits. If you are in a supported region, the full lobby opens without restriction. Players in Kuching accessing via mobile browser reach the same lobby as anyone else in a supported area.

When you log in from a new device or browser, a one-time password is sent to your registered mobile number. Enter it on the verification screen and your session opens. If the OTP doesn't arrive within a minute, the resend option appears automatically.

RTP is shown on the game detail page only where the studio — Pragmatic Play, PG Soft or another provider — publishes the figure. We do not display invented percentages; if a game's provider has not released the number, the field is left blank.

Head to the Account tab, select the withdrawal option, choose the e-wallet — GrabPay, Boost or Touch 'n Go eWallet — that you deposited through, enter the RM amount and complete the identity verification step. The request is then queued for processing.

MOVING AROUND THE LOBBY

How to navigate from the home screen to any game

The home screen splits into four main tabs: Live Casino, Slots, Sportsbook and your Account area. Tap Live Casino to reach Evolution tables — filter by game type to find Classic Blackjack, Live Sic Bo or Dragon Tiger without scrolling through the full list. The Slots tab groups titles by provider, so if you want Pragmatic Play you select that studio row and every available title appears immediately. The Sportsbook sits one tap away and covers football markets including the Malaysia Super League and English Premier League, plus badminton.

Live Casino tab

Select Live Casino from the navigation bar, then use the game-type filter to narrow down to baccarat, blackjack or Sic Bo. Each room card shows the table limit in RM before you enter — no surprises on the minimum bet.

Slots tab

The Slots section sorts by studio first. Pick Pragmatic Play for Gates of Olympus or Sweet Bonanza; pick PG Soft for Fisherman Boat Slots or Ocean Roar Slots.

Sportsbook tab

Basketball Sportsbook and football markets sit here. The Malaysia Super League and English Premier League appear under football; badminton events are listed under racquet sports. Odds update live and the view works on portrait mobile.

Account area

Your wallet balance, full transaction log, personal details and support shortcut are all in the Account tab. This is also where you initiate a GrabPay or DuitNow withdrawal — select the amount, confirm your identity step and submit.
